Core investing tenents at GW Capital Investments are to:
1) enhance the communities invested in, and
2) seek projects that elevate the surrounding community while providing consistent, strong returns for partner investors.
INVESTMENT CRITERIA
We target investments that can provide our investors strong returns. We typically project about 15% annualized returns and a minimum of 8% average cash-on-cash returns per investment opportunity.
Our ideal investment is a value-add or distressed multifamily property where we are able to overhaul the entire operation through physical rehab or implementing efficient operational processes to raise the overall income and reduce expenses.
