We target properties which can provide our investors strong returns. We typically project about 15% annualized returns and a minimum of 8% average cash-on-cash returns per investment opportunity.
Our ideal investment is a value-add and distressed multifamily property where we are able to overhaul the entire operation through physical rehab or implementing efficient operational processes to raise the overall income and reduce expenses.
